The project

We were commissioned to write a report as part of Marks and Spencer’s Eat Well, Play Well campaign. The ‘Plate of the Nation’ report aimed to position M&S as a leader in healthy eating by teaching people how to eat better through the power of football.

The results

We used exclusive M&S customer data to reveal and understand the nation’s knowledge and attitude towards nutrition. We then interviewed M&S nutrition experts, Sports Nutritionists working for the England men’s and women’s football teams, and used key insights from international players to give M&S customers the tools to improve their diets. The report helped M&S to secure press coverage in multiple national publications.
